Is it fair to say that most major life changes are made when we finally reach a precipice?

After spending decades suffering from ill health because of a lack of knowledge, an accident almost took my life and reset pretty much everything.

Once the cupboards were cleared of toxic products my research began by studying some of the oldest known plants on Earth. I visited hemp farms to understand how cannabinoids can benefit general health and how using this plant can help establish homeostasis within my body.

Fascination with the body’s ability to heal itself inspired personal studies into how seeds germinate underground. Just like with our own health, getting to the root of any issue instigates change.

My personal experience using medicinal mushrooms inspired an awareness of mycelium that forms an electrical communication network underground. Just like our internet, life below us thrives by the second sharing messages across its many pathways beneath the trees.

What messages are these plants sending us?

I decided to see how natural remedies could benefit my health. Over time, my illnesses disappeared. My cognitive function improved. My weight became regulated, and my tiredness was replaced by energy.

As a result, I am proud to say I'm no longer a burden to my local doctor's surgery.

In 2017, I rescued a wonderful dog, Snoopy. He was found malnourished on a motorway and following months of research, we both healed using the same supplements that inspired what you see here today.

I acquired knowledge of many natural healing solutions after meeting a world-class practitioner, who over two years, provided me with inspirational teaching and stimuli to learn so much more.

This project aims to inspire others to work on preventing health issues from arising as we age, and to have a natural solution ready to deal with whatever new issue comes our way.

Thankfully natural remedies that have existed for thousands of years are still widely available and used today. The ethos of this project is inspired by looking back in time to move forward and will continue as I delve deeper into the observations and testimonials of our ancestors.
